Took my car to get aired up after work. Turns out I needed to get my tire patched because I accidentally ran over a nail. The guys were very patient and let me know when they would be finished with my car. I’ve been bringing my car to them since 2016. I always feel safe after leaving and driving my car home.

Took care of tpms sensors i got on my own online, installed and programmed when all the other shops including belle tire next door and said it could not be done. Service counter folks were well educated and even checked the sensors before at the counter to see if theyd work Techs in the back were fast, didnt scratch my wheels (not oem and offset) and balanced the tires perfectly again with no excuses Great team in all asepects and will reccomend tire services to anyone in toledo Thanks again Mark

Very prompt service. I pulled up and they came out to greet me and get my car's info. We ordered the rims and tires online so when we showed up for our 9:30 am appt, we were told they can start on it right away, which they did. By 10:17, I was getting a text that my car was ready. It looks great, drives great, very pleased with the service we received. And the prices was decent as they had a 4th of July sale happening when we bought the rims and tires.

I would like to say thank you to the employees over there who got me in and out when I really needed to be. I went in there and they told me there was an hour and a half away and they got me out of there in 25 minutes or less. You guys are great. You definitely earned my business. Keep doing up the great work guys.

I was traveling away from home and got a flat tire on a Sunday night. I was able to book and appt online for the next morning. I was politely greeted at the door (that was held open for me) and my situation was addressed immediately. I reassured my other tires were in great shape and I only needed 1. Found a comparable tire to my other tires and was able to get new wiper blades. Probably the quickest and easiest experience ever. My family and I were out of there in literally an hour (technically a few minutes less). It as great to finally get back on the road. Thank you Discount Tire for confirming I made the right choice over your competitors.
